I began my career in the nonprofit world and worked for several years in various nonprofit spaces. At my core, I believe in the power of efficient nonprofits. They are truly the most effective ways to make sustainable change in our communities.

In working at nonprofits, I've always loved the practice of strategic planning. Over time, however, I witnessed a recurring issue: despite meticulous strategic planning efforts, many nonprofits struggled to translate their vision into tangible outcomes. This happened for a few reasons, including employee turnover, employee burnout, and lack of support for the employees responsible for implementation.

Recognizing the critical gap between planning and execution, I pivoted my path toward consulting. Drawing from firsthand experiences, I support both nonprofits and healthcare businesses in moving from planning to strategic implementation of their goals. I've had the privilege of collaborating with diverse organizations, including chiropractors, massage therapists, and nonprofits that focus on a public health issue, guiding them in crafting strategies and navigating the intricacies of implementation. My role extends far beyond providing mere advice; it's about forging enduring partnerships and equipping teams with the tools and support needed to turn plans into action.
