The problem
After every event, someone had to manually enter every pre- and post-event survey response, match each person's before-and-after answers, average the results by hand, and count up what people said they planned to do next — then turn all of it into a report.
What we needed to track
Knowledge and belief change, behavioral intentions, and satisfaction — all matched per respondent across a pre-event and a post-event survey.
What I built
A system that pulls in survey responses automatically, matches each person's before-and-after pair, and runs the exact analysis needed — no manual matching, no manual averaging.
Impact
What used to take about an hour of work after every single event now takes opening a dashboard.
The problem
Registration data lived in three different places — Zoom, Google Analytics, and the website — with no single view of which marketing channels were actually driving people to register, and no easy way to separate results by which funder contract an event belonged to.

What we needed to track
Where registrants were coming from, split by which of two funder contracts each event fell under.
What I built
A system connecting link tracking, registration forms, and automation into one view — showing exactly where registrants come from, automatically split by funder contract.
Impact
A task that used to take 3–4 hours every quarter, pulling data from three separate tools, now happens automatically — and produces exactly the channel-level answer funders ask for.
The problem
Every time a spot opened up, the director had to work out by hand who was next — checking how long each family had been waiting, whether they had a sibling already enrolled, whether a parent was staff, and, for the toddler classroom specifically, whether the child was even old enough yet.

What we needed to track
New applications, sorted into the right classroom (Toddler, Primary, Elementary) by age, then ranked by sibling status, staff status, wait time, and — for Toddler only — age eligibility.
What I built
New applications sort automatically into the correct classroom tab by age. Within each tab, they rank themselves by every priority rule at once: siblings and staff first, then longest wait time. Toddler applicants are held out of the top-priority zone until they turn 18 months, then sorted in.
Impact
About 2–3 hours a week of manual cross-checking, gone. The director can contact whoever's at the top of a list the moment a spot opens, confident every rule has already been applied correctly.
The problem
Families at the school need meet a volunteer-hour requirement, tracked by household rather than by individual parent — but reconciling logged hours against who had actually met the requirement meant checking every family by hand.

What we needed to track
Logged volunteer hours by household, matched against the school's requirement, with a way to flag anything that couldn't be matched cleanly instead of losing track of it.
What I built
A system connecting the digital sign-in logs with the family database, calculating house totals in real-time and flagging unverified entries.
Impact
The administrative overhead of managing parent participation was reduced from an annual week-long assignment to less than an hour.Â
